Group Personal Training

Exclusive Group personal training is a perfect alternative to one2one training - you can enjoy all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost with the added motivation of training with a group of friends, or colleagues and is an ideal opportunity to come along and meet new people in an invigorating environment.

A maximum of 10 clients can enjoy private training in our state of the art Group Training Studio, and there are four revolutionary programmes to choose from.

Weight Loss

As a pre-requisite to our Group PT programme, clients are encouraged to complete this initail weight loss programme. Acceler8 weight loss is the fastest and most powerful way to shred unwanted body fat. It is based upon cutting edge exercise and nutrition strategies designed to melt unwanted body fat, and sculpt the body in a blistering 4 weeks, in a fun, interactive group envirnoment.

The programme includes 12 metabolic conditioning, and 4 Re-Gen sessions, combined with our new elev8 elimination diet giving you a tried and tested formula which will genuinely kick start your weight loss programme.

The combination of a balanced diet, together with a calculated supplement protocol, will encourage accelerated results in your health and wellbeing. The natural step by step plan gently conditions you to approach a new lifestyle without you noticing, achieving your desired weight and fitness faster than you could imagine.  

Metabolic

Following on from our weight loss programme, Metabolic uses revolutionary exercise programming using kettlebells, TRX, power bags and dumbells in a progressive system to melt FAT and improve fitness levels fast! Each session challenges the body in a different way and the programme progresses over 4 weeks guaranteeing results!

Re-Gen

This is a trifecta of disciplines that will help RESTORE, RELAX, and REBUILD. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Re-Gen is the first programme of its kind, a therapeutic fusion of pilates, yoga and trigger point therapy, designed to restore balance, relax tension and increase elasticity, encouraging circulation in overworked and dysfunctional muscle tissue, regenerating your body to it's full potential. 

Designed to assist back health and help in the prevention and treatment of injuries, 1-2 sessions of Re-Gen per week will increase flexibility and mobility as well as support your fitness & weight loss goals.

"I started going to Elev8 wellness Rooms Group PT back in February 2011. I found the cleanse and elimination easy to follow and within a week I felt less sluggish and had more energy. Since then I have been going to the classes 2-3 times per week, I love it, great camaraderie with likeminded people …. Not the usual Gym Bunnies! In just over 4 Months I have lost 18lbs, 15 inches in total with 6 of those from my waist! I can’t recommend it enough but the proof is in the pudding as they say!

"What can I say, I have seen amazing results from the elev8 acceler8 plan. I didn't think I would be able to stick to such a programme but low self asteem, always being tired and eating poorly did not help me. The crew at elev8 have managed to get me out of my rutt and now I feel full of energy and have the body I have always wanted. I have however found one problem with the programme......I dropped a dress size and now I have to buy some new clothes!!!!! "

"I have seen amazing results with the elev8 acceler8 plan. I have lost over a stone in weight and feel full of energy. I have struggled with my weight for many years and yo yo dieted with mixed results. I have even tried personal training in a traditional gym and although i did see some weight loss i was never able to reach my goal and keep it off. This left me unmotivated and the weight crept back on.
With the acceler8 plan however, i have seen incredible results over a short period of time. I have learnt so much about nutrition that it has changed the way i will eat forever. Training this way is so much fun it doesn't even feel like exercise. All this combined has left me feeling great, motivated and has put an end to my yo yo weight issues forever."

Furthermore I have found the progressions good and the balance of mobilisation, strength and cardio helpful. The feedback (both whilst you are working and after the session) is also fantastic because you can see how well you have worked compared to how you feel, enabling you to gauge how to push yourself but within safe limits. I have been amazed how quickly my fitness levels have shot up and also how my body tone has improved dramatically in such a short time. I never thought I would look forward to coming to training - every session is different and working in such small groups is supportive rather than too competitive.
