Unlike commercial gyms, the elev8 life lounge has that personal touch the minute you walk through the door. All sessions are by appointment only, so you recieve your own personal trainer, nutritionist, or pilates instructor, who will be there to greet you and offer you their undivided attention for the whole session.
You get to train in a private gym & Studio, and use state of the art equipment, with qualified & exerienced staff.
You can combine the best training with Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition and many complimentary therapies to benefit from our holistic approach to Health & Fitness.
