We are dedicated solely to one to one training, ensuring you never have to wait for equipment, and guaranteeing the best possible use of your time. The life lounge is an open-plan 750sqft barn conversion which offers real wood floors, excellent natural light, contemporary furnishings, and private changing / shower facilities. So you really feel at home in your own private gym, trained by your own personal trainer.

Our goal is to ensure that we offer the most effective equipment, the best atmosphere, and expert training knowledge so that you achieve maximum results. - it's personal training, the way it should be.
