Pilates Class
Participants are encouraged to work in the studio at least once a week (twice a week is optimal) for 60 minutes and are given several exercises to perfect at home.
WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a safe and effective exercise method suitable for everybody.
It is different from other forms of exercise, because each movement is centred around eight basic principles:-

Pilates improves our body awareness and relaxes your neck and shoulder muscles, helping to release unwanted tension, giving us a wonderful feeling of wellbeing.
WHY IS ELEV8 PILATES SO DIFFERENT?
Both yoga and pilates are available on a one2one or two2one basis helping you learn and improve in your private studio with your personal coach.
The classes have a maximum of 8 clients per session so you are always amongst those of the same level. These intimate classes create a welcoming friendly atmosphere rarely experienced in commercial gyms.
