Yoga Class
Participants are encouraged to work in the studio at least once a week (twice a week is optimal) for 60 minutes and are given several exercises to perfect at home.
WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga is a safe and effective exercise method suitable for everybody.
Yoga practice will help you integrate mind, body and spirit through postures (asanas) and breath control.
Yoga improves our body awareness and helps develop a strong, supple body, and a clear and calm mind, thus helping to release unwanted tension, and fulfilling our potential for vibrant good health.
WHY IS ELEV8 YOGA SO DIFFERENT?
Both yoga and pilates are available on a one2one or two2one basis helping you learn and improve in your private studio with your personal coach.
The classes have a maximum of 8 clients per session so you are always amongst those of the same level. These intemate classes create a welcoming friendly atmosphere rarely experienced in commercial gyms.
