The rejuven8 programme follows a simple 4-step process and an easy-to-follow guide throughout the invigorating journey and can be completed one2one our with a training buddy:

Stage One:  The Cleanse

Many people are learning the benefits of giving their body a ‘spring clean’ to cleanse the body and promote better health. This 14-day gentle and natural cleanse will involve a healthy eating plan to encourage a dynamic detox, cleansing the body of cellular waste.  During the process, you will lose weight too – result!  

Stage Two:  Weight Loss

After the 14-day cleanse, you will be well on your way to seeing the new you. This next stage is all about optimising your digestive health, in order to strip away unwanted fat. After only 28 days you will see amazing results! You need to keep it up though in order to reach your weight loss goals. You will have more freedom of choice with regards selecting your meals, and learn how to construct your own daily menus. We will introduce supporting nutrients and ramp up your fitness regime concentrating on toning up and burning the fat!

Stage Three:  Transformation

Now that you have reached your weight loss goals, it is important to maintain your ideal weight and reamain actvely healthy, so during this stage you will begin to incorporate the rejuven8 principles into your own routines. By being creative and inventive with your diet, you will really start enjoying the benefits of your new healthy eating plan.

Stage Four: Maintenance

During this final stage You will now be encouraged to focus your mind on maintaining this regime so that you keep looking and feeling fantastic forever. There is very little contact time with your fitness professionals at this stage as all the hard work has been done, and you go on to live the life you imagined.
