In order to ascertain what’s best for you we begin by conducting an in-depth fitness and postural assessment. This is the cornerstone of our approach and provides us with the essential data to design you a balanced set of exercises. This will start the process of rectifying any structural, and postural problems and introduce a combination of functional based, cardiovascular, strengthening, flexibility and core exercises.

Common discrepancies can include over and under use of muscles, postural distortions and general limitations in exercise technique.
